To further implement the Anti-Telecom Network Fraud Law and the requirements of the telecom industry's fraud prevention and governance promotion meeting, enhance relevant organizations' capabilities in combating telecom network fraud, and advance fraud governance ability levels, the Internet Society of China (ISC) organized the 2025 Telecom Fraud Governance & AI Empowering Anti-Fraud Training Conference in Kunming from June 26 to 27.

The event brought together over 190 participants from provincial communications administrations bodies, headquarters and branch companies of major telecom operators, value-added telecom service providers, Internet enterprises, and other related entities across China.

Ten industry experts from the Anti-Fraud Center of the Communications Industry, Kunming Public Security Bureau, and leading telecom companies delivered insights on: emerging technologies and trends in telecom network fraud, new issues identified through anti-fraud inspections, AI-powered anti-fraud applications and future directions. The conference will help the enterprises to strengthen fraud prevention and governance responsibilities, enhance management capabilities, and promote the healthy development of the industry.
