On October 31, the Internet Society of China (ISC) convened an exchange meeting on the drafting of its "15th Five-Year" development plan. Representatives from nearly 40 Vice-President and Standing Council members, along with heads of all Secretariat departments, attended the meeting. The Plan will map out ISC's development path for the next five years from a holistic perspective, aiming to deepen the "Four Services," further enhance core capabilities, build a first-class social organization, and support national strategy and high-quality industry development.

At the meeting, member representatives offered suggestions from different angles including: strengthening policy research and dissemination to help enterprises accurately grasp policy direction; precisely serving small and medium-sized enterprises by building platforms for resource matching; consolidating data-security safeguards to promote the implementation of security standards and improved protection capabilities; improving the service system for companies going global to help them expand international markets; and optimizing coordination mechanisms among branch organizations to boost service capacity.
