On October 31, 2012, 12321 Reporting Center of ISC held the news conference to announce the launching of Spam Multimedia Messages (MMS) Reporting Channel. 

Mr. LU Wei, the Secretary-general of ISC introduced the general work of 12321 Reporting Center since its establishment. He pointed out that the MMS Reporting Channel marked the reporting function is getting great improvement. 12321 Reporting Center will keep providing better and convenient services for the Netizens and the industry. The MMS Reporting Channel is an important measure to build the sound Internet environment with the joint efforts of 12321 Reporting Center, China Telecom, China Mobile and China Unicom. 

The three telecommunication operators expressed that they would do their best to cooperate with 12321 Reporting Center to create a safe, creditable and healthy Internet environment.

g.AT321 APP: visit wap.12321.cn on mobile devices and download AT321 for free, and then deliver the report to 12321 Reporting Center through the app. 
h.Microblog: Sina and Tencent 12321 Reporting Center: text “the reported number or website” before “the reported content” with “*” in-between and privately sent to @12321 Reporting Center.
